Cakes & Flavours
Whilst the look and design of your cake will create the all-important visual ‘wow’ factor, the other most important ‘wow’ must come from the flavour and texture of the cake. I aim to provide a light texture cake using delicious flavours that will delight both you and your guests.
All of my cakes are baked in my home kitchen using the best quality ingredients available. Each cake is freshly baked to order with 4 equal layers of sponge, filled with buttercream and preserves of your choice. The cake is wrapped in a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache and covered in buttercream or premium grade sugar paste for a flawless finish.
I am fully Insured, my kitchen is registered and has been awarded a 5 star rating with South Gloucestershire Council.
The Flavours
Classic Vanilla
Classic vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and a choice of either strawberry or raspberry preserve.
Lemon Delight
Delicious lemon flavoured sponge filled with zesty lemon buttercream and lemon curd filling.
Lemon & Blueberry
Lemon & Blueberry flavoured sponge filled with sweet blueberry buttercream and lemon curd filling
Raspberry & White Chocolate
Light Raspberry & White Chocolate sponge filled with white chocolate buttercream raspberry preserve.
Champagne and Strawberries
Champagne flavoured sponge with champagne flavoured buttercream and strawberry preserve (cake and/or buttercream can be coloured pink).
Lime and Passionfruit
Lime flavoured sponge filled with tangy lime flavoured buttercream and fruity passionfruit curd filling
Coconut and Raspberry
Creamy coconut flavoured sponge with coconut flavoured buttercream and raspberry preserve.
Rich Chocolate
Indulgent rich moist chocolate sponge filled with a smooth chocolate buttercream.
Chocolate Orange
Rich moist chocolate sponge filled with tangy orange buttercream and orange preserve.
Chocolate & Salted Caramel
Rich chocolate sponge filled with either salted or sweet flavoured caramel buttercream & caramel sauce.
Caramel & Biscoff
Caramel flavoured sponge filled with Biscoff flavoured buttercream with added crushed Biscoff biscuits.
Red Velvet
Red velvet sponge filled with vanilla flavoured buttercream.
Traditional Fruit Cake
Traditional fruit cake of raisins, currants, sultanas, cherries, mixed peel and laced with Sherry. Encased in Marzipan, finished in premium Sugarpaste.
Allergen Information
All my cakes contain gluten (wheat), eggs, sugar, real butter, chocolate, fruit jams and may contain traces of nuts.
Currently, I do not make cakes with nuts due to a potential allergy. However, I cannot guarantee the kitchen is a completely nut free environment due to supplier processing practices of some products.
I am unable to cater for gluten free, sugar free or egg free cakes.
