Welcome to Iced Creations Cakes, the home of beautifully designed Wedding and Celebration cakes that taste as good as they look.

Working from my home based kitchen, I specialise in creating elegant and stylish cakes with a flawless finish.  Creating realistic looking sugar flowers and foliage, as well as bespoke designs is a passion of mine.

I cover Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and the Cotswolds, working collaboratively with clients, providing a fun & professional experience to creating a design that adds your personal touch.

Cutting the cake is a key part of any special celebration and I aim to ensure that you and your guests will be thrilled with a cake that will talked about for years to come.

Wow wow wow! Gillian has been absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond!

I ordered from Gillian after meeting her at a wedding fayre in 2022. From day 1 she was absolutely amazing! She sent out tasters straight away and was surprised by how many flavours she could do!

The cake in the end was superb and Gillian met my every wish and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

I had red velvet, chocolate orange and Victoria sponge (raspberry) and I have to say at the end of the night I only had about 5 slices left!!! Everyone commented on how tasty the cake was and presented!

So good I’ve ordered a second cake for my dads birthday next month!!!

Gillian also made my favours too which were shortbread biscuits with designs on top! These were especially yummy and looked great on the tables! Everyone loved these and were such a great touch!

She went above and beyond by finding a cake topper that I really wanted and it looked stunning on top of the cake!😍
