Gillian has been an absolute joy to work with. Our cake was exactly what we wanted and the flavours and the bake were divine. I will upload photos when I get them back. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
From the beginning of the process, she ensured we were happy with the design and the flavours and always replied to emails promptly. She went above and beyond for us. All our guests were blown away by the cake design and once they tasted it, they kept going back to try all the flavours! We had 4 tiers and I loved all the flavours, but I can honestly say the strawberry & champagne tier was my personal favourite.
The cake was sheer perfection and we cannot thank her enough.

Gillian was great from day 1, communication was great from emails to face time to meeting up for cake tasting to a demo picture of what it would look like. We explained what we wanted and had a very large ornament of dragon ballz that was quite heavy but we wanted it on the top, it was a unusual request but Gillian was very confident she could do it.
And she did!😃
When I walked in and seen my cake on my wedding day I was over the moon I wish someone had recorded my reaction.
It couldn’t of been any better. Gillian done a fantastic job. It was perfect. We both thank you so much.

Absolutely Perfect Wedding Cake!
We couldn’t be happier with our wedding cake from Gillian! The design was exactly what we envisioned — elegant, beautiful, and perfectly matched to our theme. But more importantly, the cake tasted incredible: moist, flavorful, and fresh. Gillian was professional, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We received so many compliments from our guests. Highly recommend Gillian for anyone looking for a stunning and delicious wedding cake!

I would highly recommend Gillian. There are so many cake choices to choose from, cakes taste delicious and are very moist unlike a lot of cakes. Gillian made us several designs and made sugar flowers from scratch to put onto the side of our cake which was so special and looked like real flowers!

From our first conversation Gillian’s patient and creative manner helped me decide upon the perfect design for the wedding cake. The finished cake was stunning – perfect in simplicity and beauty, and exactly what we had hoped for.

An outstanding service, delivering two styles of cake as one was for allergy requirements. The whole process was so enjoyable from the initial meeting at a wedding fair, cake tasting, design consultation, to delivery and set up at the venue. Would highly. recommend. We had so many comments about how lovely the cakes were from our guests.

Our interaction with Gill from beginning to end was professional, with her guiding us through every step of the process from tasting to design to sizing, creating the perfect wedding cake for our special day. We had 3 tiers; chocolate, classic vanilla and lime and passion fruit which was absolutely delicious. The presentation was simply stunning and the taste was incredible. Gill was very responsive and helped us to bring our ideas to life, creating the most amazing centre piece for our special day.
